Denis E. Carrade, CPA, MS Tax

Denis E. Carrade, CPA, MS Tax founded Perotti and Carrade in 1986 along with Dave Perotti. Denis graduated from the University of Santa Clara in 1975 and received his Master of Taxation degree from Golden Gate University in 1982. Upon graduation from Santa Clara, he started his long career in accounting by joining the Franchise Tax Board, where he worked for three years, before joining the predecessor firm of Perotti and Carrade in 1982.

In the 45 plus years that Denis has been in the tax and accounting business, he has gained a very broad range of extensive tax knowledge and experience. His areas of expertise cross the entire spectrum of tax law including individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust law. His real estate development experience provides Denis with a special insight into that field. He has also been heavily involved over the years in estate tax planning.
